My Endpoint Protector - Update

Improvements:

General

• Admin Actions are logged in the My EPP Server
• The My Endpoint Protector Client can be remotely uninstalled
• Enforced Encryption on Removable Storage Device for Mac OS X has been added
• Offline temporary password for disabling endpoint protection and content aware protection for individual Computers

Device Control

• The Effective Rights Devices feature has been added for a faster way to see the specific rights for a device
• The Custom Classes feature has been added, allowing global rights to be set to a device - based on VID, PID or SN

Content Aware Protection

• The Effective Rights Content Aware Protection feature has been added for a faster way to see the specific policies rules for a computer/user
• Implemented URL Whitelists, increasing users’ productivity and network’s performance by eliminating unneeded restrictions
• Implemented Domain Whitelists, increasing users’ productivity and network’s performance by eliminating unneeded restrictions
• Implemented Regular Expressions for creating even more powerful custom content filters

Mobile Device Management

• The Mac OS X Enrollment in the MDM module provides additional features and control
• The Mobile Application Management feature has been extended to include in-house apps for Android
• Implemented MDM Alerts providing a better overview and a faster reaction time in managing the mobile device fleet
• Added additional features for Android devices (Storage Encryption, Wifi and Bluetooth control, Calendar Events)
