Why doesn’t the Offline Temporary Password option work for the selected computer and device?

In order to be able to use this option, please make sure that the time difference between Endpoint Protector Server and Endpoint Protector Client does not exceed 1 day (e.g. Endpoint Protector Server date: 31 March 2010, Endpoint Protector Client date: 31 March 2010).
